Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

Glammery is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform by Kshiti Software Solutions providing digital tools for beauty professionals. Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate availability of platform features upon subscription, we do not offer refunds for any subscription fees or payments made through the Platform.

2. Free Trial Offer

New users get 1 month of the Elite tier free — no payment required to start. This allows you to fully experience all premium features before committing to a paid plan. We encourage you to use this trial period to evaluate whether Glammery is right for your business.

2. Double Transaction Edge Cases

The only exception to our "No Refund" policy is in the event of a Double Transaction. This occurs when a user is charged twice for the same subscription or top-up due to a technical error in the payment gateway or network failure.
Note: Double transaction claims must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction time.

3. Refund Process for Double Transactions

In the case of a verified double transaction:
  • Contact our support team at info@glammery.in with your payment ID and registered phone number.
  • Once verified, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed net of any transaction fees charged by our payment partners.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for early cancellations.
