Glammery is a product and brand owned and operated by Kshiti Software Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in India. By using the Glammery mobile application or website (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

You must be at least 18 years old and a practicing beauty professional or business owner to use Glammery. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Glammery uses OTP-based authentication — you are responsible for keeping your registered phone number secure. Notify us immediately at info@glammery.in if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform
• Use the Platform to spam or harass clients or other users
• Resell or sublicense access to the Platform

Glammery offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to Glammery (client records, portfolio photos, business information). By uploading content, you grant Kshiti Software Solutions a limited license to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Platform to you. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We strive to keep Glammery available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any loss resulting from temporary unavailability of the Platform.

All intellectual property in the Glammery Platform — including the brand name, logo, design, and software — is owned by Kshiti Software Solutions. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kshiti Software Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days as per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance.
